MILLING SERVICES
A cut-off time is the latest time you can place an order for it to be processed.
We have a cut-off time at 2PM EST. This gives us enough time to make sure all our orders are processed & sent to oven same day.
The website is intended for use for dental labs & dental professionals.
Unfortunately we can’t offer any discount for incorrectly submitted orders. This is due to our cost of production is very expensive. Please double check the order before submitting it to us.
If it’s before the cut-off time our milling specialist will start preparing your .stl files to be milled same day. Otherwise it will be milled next business day.
Our files storage period is 3 months. We can’t guarantee any files will be kept on our servers after that. Please keep all files you sent us for your personal reference.
SHIPPING & PAYMENT
Standard USPS priority delivery takes 1-3 business days, depending on how far you are located from NY. NY and all NY bordering states will get their shipments in 1 business days.
We are currently accepting all major credit cards as well as PayPal & Stripe payment systems.
